We had the terrible task of having to have a cat put down I was cat sitting for for a friend. The first impression of having to walk through Pets at Home and the waiting area in the reptile department wasn't great but this was all turned positive when we met the doctor and veterinary nurses. My experience with vets so far was that they often are good with animals but lack communications skills with humans. This wasn't the case at all here. Both my friend and I were most impressed by very caring and friendly staff at this surgery! We were explained the options and procedures in detail and the doctor explained everything again to the cat owner over the phone. I couldn't have wished for a better vet team in such a difficult situation! Many thanks for your support!

Even though I used to prefer independent vets, companion care is soo good it's changed my mind bythe staff are always polite and chatty. And the vets really explain what they're doing and how to make your pets life better. Only gave 4 stars on costs as all vet things are expensive where ever you go!

After adopting a puppy from the RSPCA I expected some issues. My puppy had been VERY mistreated. We decided to get her insured (Petplan) and find a vet that would be passionate about animals and gain the trust of this beautiful puppy. Who wasn't just in it for the money (We have found a few). Well bingo. We found GRAHAM. So far my dog has had two major operations on her legs . Each having months of after care . Graham has been there every step of the way. (Thank god for insurance). We have been advised on treatments. Everything has been explained from cost down to after care. Graham tells it how it is. My dog is a very difficult dog. Graham always has time for her . He will talk to me on the phone if I have a problem. I highly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else. I can only talk about Graham and not the other vets as he knows how to handle my dog and has gained her trust. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Wow! I have had cats for 20 years and visited lots of veterinary practices. This is by far the best one yet. There is plenty of parking, the place is ultra modern, the reception staff are friendly and ask the vets for advice if they don't know something plus the appointment was bang on time. The vet was really helpful, patient and knowledgeable and was so kind to Edna. Finally the prices. Well, I am so happy I phoned around to compare prices at different practices in Brighton. Consultations and vaccinations are SO reasonable at 30 - 50% cheaper than other places. Highly recommended.
