Which ever vet I see they always take great care with the pet and owner always making sure the owner is happy with the treatment and explains why they are taking this action or explaining alternative action and helping the owner to choose if possible. their manner on the phone is the same never putting the owner at ease and not rushing to end the call. Thank vets , nurses and staff , Rusty and Cindy thank you too.Jessie

I took my cat Oliver to this practice today for the very first time. The vet was so lovely, explained everything to me, explained what the best. Treatment for him would be.i would definitely recommend this vet I will be going there from now on. Without a doubt the best vet I have ever been to

I have been using this surgery now for about 5 years. They are always very helpful, friendly and considerate to both my dogs and myself. Having moved, I now have a vets surgery at the end of my road, but prefer to travel back into Kidderminster to have my dogs treated as I trust all the staff completely. I would recommend this vets to anyone and everyone

Mr Collyer displays genuine care and compassion for both animal and owner alike. He understands the relationship and concern owners have for their pets, and takes the time and effort to explain the health problems of the animal in understandable terms. He explains the recommended treatment, which is very reassuring and gives utmost confidence in his knowledge and expertise. I cannot fault his approach and support, for both my dogs and their human companions! Other staff have always greeted us with a smile and a friendly word, and are both kind and compassionate. The follow up phone calls and text reminders for appointments etc, are useful and much appreciated.

I changed to Gavin a couple of years ago as I found him to not only be knowleageable, a great vet and able to explain everything clearly to me but also to have an extremely caring nature towards my pets. When I had my new dog Vicky was involved in his care and was happy that she has the same ethos as Gavin. This can also be said about all the nursing and reception staff. I have very active dogs and found them both very supportive when I have wanted to explore other forms of exercise, such as hydrotherapy and massage therapy. If I ask questions they are always to answer them fully. There is a great friendly atmosphere and because the whole team demonstrate great competency I always feel that my pets are getting the best care.

This isn't my usual vets but after my experience there I will definitely be using them from now on. My pet saw Gavin and his knowledge, professionalism and consideration for both me and my pet was so impressive I will be leaving the vets my pets are registered with now and hoping to only see him in the future! The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful too and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend them to anyone who cares about animals as much as me!

I actually live about 45mins away from kidderminster, but i wont trust anyone else with my cats. Gavin the vet, is a fantastic hands on vet, that shows passion and care for animals. If it was not for his quick thinking and knowledge i doubt my cat meekah would be here with me today. They have wonderful caring staff all round! What a superstar practice for all animals. Ive been to a few vets over the years but this one wins hands down.. would recommend to all.

Firstly I made contact by telephone to a very friendly and understanding lady (Nicky) , The following day I took my 15 yr old dog by car to them, Gavin and Sarah both came out to the car and Gavin carried my dog inside, I already new that my dog was far to poorly to live, but Gavin talked me though it reassuring me that it was the best and kindest thing to have my dog put to sleep, as he was suffering. Heartbreaking, Sarah and Gavin treated myself and my dog with care and compassion, and I thank them for that,

I've moved both my dogs here from another local vets as I think the service I receive here is fantastic and the price is very competitive. Recently my older dog had been diagnosed with arthritis. My dog isn't the most confident, he is very defensive and very uncomfortable around new people. Our vet Vicky was fantastic with him, she stood her ground and actually took time to gain his trust and to calm him some what. She understands and takes time with even the most difficult dogs! I thank you for this! The arthritis didn't get much better so we had his leg x-rayed to find he had torn ligaments on top of his arthritis. Within 4 days we saw Vicky for a consultation, had x-rays done and then had the operation. To top it off they sorted my vets bills through my insurance with direct payment. I'm sure this doesn't happen with all insurance companies so I will be writing to thank them. Thank you so much, I must say also the receptionists are fantastic, personal, professional and knowledgable, all round fantastic!
