Since moving to the area we have used Manor Vets for our older dog and then for our puppy. The staff have always been extremely welcoming , polite and efficient. One of the dogs has had symptoms with no specific diagnosis but the staff, and Helen in particular, have made every reasonable effort to help her , and succeeded. We have been kept up to date with progress of investigations, options and plans for care at all times. Thank you.

When Hector and Mimi were poorly, the vets and receptionists were caring, friendly and very professional. They were able to see us when it suited us. All the staff were compassionate and never made us feel daft with our questions or worries. All I can say is they are all superb

Respect, affection and care for all the animals that come in is evident amongst all the staff there. I did however think £162 a lot of money for immunisation jabs for two house rabbits. However everything else was excellent

I have taken all my pets to manor vets as trust them with the most precious things in my life. Although it may just be for annual checks I can't credit enough how they not only make the animals calm but also stressed owners .who are

My dog was diagnosed with Glaucoma earlier this year. Which resulted in the removal of one eye and on going monitoring of the remaining eye. Helen in particular gets the best from Bodie and understands his nervousness around vet visits but isn't afraid to send me out of the room to get the best examination. I feel the welfare and care of Bodie is first class.

I would not hesitate to recommend Manor Vets to anyone. We have always been treated with care and understanding. Like most dogs I know, mine is not keen on a trip to the vet, but the staff are always friendly and try to make it as least traumatic as possible. My thanks to them for providing the excellent support and care that I have come to expect from Manor Vets.

I can't praise the staff enough. They offer a first class, professional service. I feel really comfortable with the vet's and they give me good advice and guidance for the care of my dog. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Nothing has been too much trouble, and they always make a fuss of my dog which I appreciate very much.

The staff at Manor Vets at Cradley Heath have been fantastic with my new puppy. He's had his vaccinations and worming etc. administered by them and he hasn't been nervous or in pain at all.
