I would like to thank Louise and all her team for looking after, not only our dog, Oscar, but also being so sensitive to us as owners at such a difficult time. Oscar became very unwell whilst being cared for by family while we were abroad and he proved to be quite a difficult diagnosis. Louise ensured she was immediately available to take our long distance call and even phoned my parents to check up on Oscar during the evening. He was very unwell and we feared we may not see him again which was heartbreaking for all concerned but because he had received the correct diagnosis, he was given the specialist care he needed which he responded to very well. We were so happy to return from our holiday and see his waggy tail once more. We were then able to spend his final days with him as a family whilst he was comfortable and happy. This extra time was priceless and I can't thank Louise enough for making it happen. Xxx

I have been happily taking our cat Lexi to the Manor practice for many years and she has just had her teeth cleaned and scaled. I have to say I was reluctant to let Lexi undergo this treatment, despite Louise and Zara, the vets' advice as she is 14yrs old so did she really need to have her teeth cleaned including an anaesthetic? Well yes she did. She had three extractions and the poor thing must have been in a lot of pain unbeknown to me, though suspected by the vets. Louise even had to stitch her gums afterwards for which I am full of admiration. Throughout Lexi was treated with such remarkable tenderness by Louise as well as Hannah and Elise the nurses. The whole process was explained to me carefully and fully from the moment I took Lexi in to the follow up check up. I would also say that Sally and Paul on reception have always been a pleasure, welcoming and understanding on every visit whilst being efficient and professional. Thank you so much to the whole team as I'm sure Lexi will be a lot more comfortable, and for your help and understanding to me.

I never write reviews but the care poor Lily has received this week has been exceptional. Lily was attacked in the woods and suffered a nasty bite and collapsed lung. We thought we were going to lose her but just 4 days later she is at home, sore but smiling. From my first phone call to now the care and love shown to Lily has been heartrending. Louise, Stephanie and the whole team, we cannot thank you enough. A*** service, commitment and dedication. Thank you.

I never give on line reviews but recently my dog was unwell and the support and care that he received from Louise and her team was exceptional. However, this was not a one off situation - just an example of the general approach taken by this practice. Louise has looked after my pets (both cat and dog) for a number of years. Louise inspires confidence. I feel as if she treats my dog as her own. She also tells it to me straight helping explain difficult concepts, setting out options and allowing me to participate in the decision making. The team are great as well, friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to fit in an appointment or arrange a call back. The practice is well run, it is clean, appointments are on time and it is friendly. Thank you all for all your help to us.
