We had to have our dear friend and companion of 15 years put to sleep last week. Charlie was our handsome and fearless tabby. The compassion and kindness we were shown was truly touching and everything was explained gently and very clearly. Charlie was treated with total respect and care. Thankyou for helping us deal with this terribly sad decision so sensitively.

Rayyan genuinely cares for both our dogs, and gas been extremely supportive when one of the dogs had a serious operation. Equally the other staff and the locum vet we have seen was equally good.

We have been having treatment for our cat, who has been sick and every time we go back, they suggest more tests, at more cost. They did diagnose an overactive thyroidx. I was told that the cost I had paid would cover 2 follow up appointments - but when I booked the first, was told that there would be an additional £125 cost to do follow up blood tests - which they failed to mention before . They prescribed pills, which he has to take for the rest of his life - at a cost of £1 per pill. I checked and these can be bought retail, for 37p - so they must be making a huge mark up. When I asked for a prescription, I was told they would charge £10 per prescription for this too. They also advised waiting for the vet appointment to do this - as the dose may change. They offered to give me 5 pills to keep him going until the appointment but when I came to collect them, they wanted £10 for these. I would avoid these people if you do not have pet insurance - they seem to be focussed on making money in any way possible.
