We were away on holiday when our dog became very ill. We phoned up the practice and from our first contact they were incredibly helpful and quick to help. We rushed our dog to them and the wonderful vets there immediately cared for him and settled him down. Without them he would have died. Not only were they professional and efficient, but all the staff were kind and warm and supportive and there was never a feeling that they were rushed or stressed - in what was a very stressful situation for us and of course our dog. As a post script, our dog is now much much better and armed with the diagnosis we were given by the vets here, we can move on knowing how to manage his condition. Many many thanks.

We are down on holiday and our dog Bartie was not well when we got up this morning so we needed to find a vets, found this one on Google and drove to it to find friendly staff who checked Bartie even though we did not have an appointment. Bartie now back at the holiday cottage resting for the rest of the day and back to the practice for another check up tomorrow but he seems better already. Thank you for seeing us so quickly and understanding our concerns

The treatment and support that the staff of Helston have given our so loved Labrador Fergus as been outstanding. They have seen him though Chemotherapy and now treating him for Chronic Kidney Failure. He wouldn't be with us to day if it wasn't for them. All the reception staff , the Nurse's especially Maria who held his paws during treatment and his very special Vet Siobhan. Thank you all.
