Cannot thank all the staff at St Georges for taking care of our dog When she came in and the urgency with which she was treated and then the aftercare she was given, keeping us informed along the way. I have never met such a caring and kind team. Would recommend them to everyone

My pug went in for dental work ended up with 14 teeth extracted he was kept over night as he didn't react well to the anaesthetic. All through his procedure I was kept updated with a text leading up to his first injection to a call every hour after the procedure. They were very thorough with explaining everything and my understanding. Practice was clean, tidy, staff were honest, well presented and very friendly with myself and my dog. i couldn't have asked any more from them they were brilliant!

We have had to take our cat to St Georges on several occasions for a variety of medical issues - we have nothing but praise for the staff - from reception staff to nurses/doctors all have played their part in ensuring we receive a first class service from putting our minds at rest to showing genuine concern and for the honesty of the vet who outlined treatment options / cost etc. We received phone calls updating us of progress and seeking our permission to move forward with treatment. Can't fault the service and dedication of all staff members.

St. George's vets have been extremely supportive and caring when my dog was diagnosed with diabetes and lost his sight. 2 particular vets Joanne Weaver and Clare Hindmarsh have been fantastic with myself and my dog nothing is too much trouble.

I sadly had a unpleasant visit to your Wolverhampton hospital with my elderly sick cat who had been rushed in twice in less than a week due to an animal attack. The first vet I saw Jo was lovely and treated us both with kindness and respect but sadly the same cannot be said about Katherine the vet I saw on the second visit. I was very concerned about my sick elderly cat and wanted to get him better as he was very poorly and as a devoted owner I was upset at seeing him so unwell and being treated in such an offhand unfriendly way when I was anxious and worried already about his wellbeing only added to my stress levels

Vet Response

We were sorry to hear that you weren't happy following your recent visit. Following discussions with our Hospital Manager, I hope that we have addressed your concerns. Sarah Guy Branch Manager
