Harts Veterinary Centre go above and beyond the call of duty, no matter which Vet our pets have seen. Our dogs are an extension of our family and we treat them as such, so having 24 hour nursing care for them, when they are ill, is very important and the regular contact from the nurses on how they are doing, is so reassuring. We have been with the Harts for the last 11years and I would highly recommend them to everyone. Dawn Parsons

Having been around pets all my life, mainly cats, I recently had my Siamese put to sleep. Thanks to Hart Vets she had fantastic care and attention for another 2 years. My baby had the quality of life until the end thanks to Hart Vets. Having had a bad time with other Vets these people at Hart really do care and the support they give after is outstanding. These people care. Love you always Teal'c. X

We have, for many years, taken our cats, at varying stages of their lives, to Hart's Veterinary Centre and whether at Bicester or Waddesdon have always received the best of attention and advice. In other words it 'ticks all the boxes'.

I had to report Mr Hart to the RCVS due to really poor service, failure to dispense drugs required for my dog, failure to diagmose correctly and failure to provide the effects of drugs by way of side effects prior to administering the drugs. This made my dog very ill. I strongly recommend that you take a second opinion if you feel that the practice has let you down or failed to provide details of side effects of drugs prior to medication. The RCVS have the complaint registered so this complaint is genuine.

Vet Response

Mr Syrda's opinions are not shared by two independent recognised veterinary specialists in their field nor by a pharmaceutical industry expert. Mr Syrda's issue lies in the fact that his dog has a longstanding respiratory problem. He blames a recent kennel cough vaccine, requested by a referral centre prior to going there, for this condition progressing in an entirely predictable manner. We do hope that his dog is improving as she is a lovely girl.

i recently had my dog put to sleep rosie was patient, caring and understanding during this difficult time, my family and i didnt feel rushed to say goodbye and was given the respect we needed. Rosie supported us over a number of weeks with our dogs problems until the end, we received Bailey back 4 days later which is a comfort.
