I wouldn't even dream of going anywhere else other than Twickenham Vets! Toby my chocolate labrador has had elbow problems since he was a pup and can't get out the car quick enough to see Wendy! He even sits outside her consultation room and barks if he has to wait!! They are all so kind and caring, and never once have I felt uncomfortable with how they handle my boys! Words can't describe how much support, time and love they have given to Toby in particular and for that I can't thank them enough. I would highly recommend anyone who is not registered with them to register immediately because the difference to previous vets we have been with is just not even worth comparing!!! And not to mention the endless support the team have given me when growing my own dog walking/boarding business, which has been incredible. So thank you to all the team at Twickenham Vets!! Love Clare, Toby and Teddy!!

The level of care, patience and understanding we received from Wendy, Cleo & Claire was over and above the call of duty. They could see how anxious I was about my dog's operation and we're happy to call me at home to chat through my concerns, be flexible in the dropping off before surgery, explain clearly everything about the procedure so that I could make an informed decision. Knew how important it was to call me with an update on the operation and did. We so appreciated the professional yet genuine care for the animal and their owner that we experienced on a busy day at this practice. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Twickenham Vet Surgery. My cat was recently diagnosed as having an overactive thyroid. I am never made to feel stupid or over anxious about taking my cat to be checked. If I get a bit tearful or upset in the surgery it is perfectly understood. The girls on reception always greet you with a smile. Caring and understanding are two words which spring to mind when I think of this practice.

I have used Twickenham Veterinary Surgery since it opened, not only for all my own pets and a great many of my clients pets but also for literally hundreds of rescue animals during my involvement with the local rescue -Animal Rescue and Care. Twickenham Veterinary Surgery have always been amazing and very reassuring. They have dealt with each and every animal with the utmost care and compassion. I can totally rely on all their staff and I would never go anywhere else.

I have been rescuing hedgehogs for many years and would not be able to carry out this work without very good veterinary backup. Christabel and her team are EXCELLENT and over the years have treated several hundred hedgehogs often having to operate on them. On many occasions the hedgehogs have been in a very bad state but every effort is always made to save them. Seven years ago a stray cat was brought into the surgery he was extremely thin, as a result of a broken jaw, and had a damaged eye in addition to other problems and no microchip. The staff named him Bob and Wendy operated to wire his broken jaw. After eight weeks of nursing and love he was ready to be re homed. We gave him a home and he is a wonderful pet thanks to being saved by Christabel and her team. No matter when I visit the surgery there is always a professional and caring atmosphere. The animals and their owners are always treated with respect and empathy and never rushed. I will continue to refer anyone with an animal(s) to Twickenham Veterinary Surgery. We are extremely fortunate to have Christabel and all her team to refer to.
