Once again the staff were brilliant. Our puppy is a nervous dog and not once did they rush. I can honestly say they truly put the animals first. Took as long as needed to settle our pet, brilliant care and love given. Couldn't recommend highly enough. I wondered about going to a chain of vets at first and have to say any concerns were unfounded.Truly brilliant.

I must apologize for the lateness of this justified-able review/with comments Firstly from the bottom of my heart I would like to say a big 'Thank You',to ALL your staff's help(and 'VETS NOW');I don't think 'Ruby'would be around to today. To those reading this a 3 1/2 month old puppy contracted 'Gastroenteritis' - which turned severe over a hot weekend a few weeks back,to the point of almost fully'Hemorrhagic'.After an intensive week of symptomatic and supportive treatment by yourselves and includes ('out of hours continued service)by 'Vets Now Emergency Ltd',Melton, she survived. Having looked at your current staff listing ; I suspect ALL had a tender loving hand and at times above the'call of duty'attitude to assist in her full recovery. Many thanks PS she's on the Facebook page
