After discovering my very tiny chihuahua had fallen poorly and was rapidly deteriorating i phoned Vets4Pets and with in 30 minutes I was not only now registered but given an emergency appointment. On arrival the staff acted promptly and I believe this saved my dog. She was almost unresponsive when we initially arrived. All relevant questions were asked and treatment started immediately, she was put on a drip, bloods taken, appropriate injections/medication administered, kept comfortable and with such fast acting my Coco was well enough to return home that very evening with some yummy food and medicine. If Vets4Pets hadn't of acted so quickly I do believe that day would have ended very differently. I will be forever grateful and I would highly recommend this practice to all fellow pet owners.

I have had several occasions when I have wanted my pet to be seen really quickly & Vets 4 Pets have always been able to give me an appointment the same day - this week I had an emergency and my pet was seen 15 minutes after I phoned! They are extremely professional & friendly and will always answer any questions I have. I can highly recommend this practice

I cannot praise all the people at the practice enough. One of my doggies, Midge, contracted a form of leptospirosis that wasn't covered by her vaccination. It was a rare form apparently. Justin and his team went to extraordinary levels and beyond to try to save her. They even taxied drugs from other vets in other cities to get them to her sooner. It was a virulent strain and sadly she succumbed to the illness after a fight. Our whole family was totally distraught because we had hand reared her from the minute she was born and always was a fighter. The professionalism and respect shown by the whole practice was second to none. I just cannot praise the whole team highly enough.
