My dog was seriously ill and we decided she needed to be put down. We came to the decision to call the Vet out to put her to sleep. From the time they answered the phone 9.15 am until the time my dog was put to sleep 12.15 p.m. (3 hours later) I was treated with the utmost respect and sympathy. The Vet and her assistant were absolutely faultless in their treatment of our pet and the treatment of two blubbering humans. Their professionalism was exceptional from the time they walked through the door, to the time they left and I could not fault them one little bit. Our dog fell to sleep peacefully and serenely in my hubby's arms and the Vet from any viewpoint could not have been faulted one little bit, nor her lovely assistant. I cannot say how highly I recommend this Veternary practise, they have always treated both myself and my pet with the utmost respect at all times.

My dod dodger is on lifetime meds for heart failure and I booked an appointment to see Sally. She was fab with my boy as he is very nervous and scared at vets. She helped me with the drugs and prescriptions I needed, as other vet I went to wouldn't do a 3 monthly prescription as Sally did. I then took my cat to have some dental work the next day. The staff are lovely and very helpful and I am very grateful to them for everything they did for me and my pets. I will certainly tell my family and friends about vets for pets as they are marvellous. Thank you all xx
