We had a very good experience with Wilbur looking after our cat. He had a renal problem and eventually had to be put down but they looked after him very well duting those months he was poorly. Wilbur is obviously a caring person and an animal lover that always treated our cat with a lot of love, we also saw the lady vet and she was also fabulous.The rest of the team is also great, Nicky in the reception always remembered us and was always smiley and helpful. Thank you all for your care all these months.

I wish to record how gratful we are for the professional and courteous service we had with all the Weston Supermare team in the treatment of Guiness whilst we were camping over the Bank Holiday weekend. lovely vets but need to tidy reception, especially the window seal in reception. Also the toilet area needs cleaning. Also need to answer the phone quicker, rings out for a long time.

Thank you for our 4 star rating and for taking the time to give us some feedback. We really value this feedback as it allows us to improve our services to you the client. We are currently aware that our 11 year old practice is looking a bit tired and we are presently looking at finances to try and give the place a bit of a spruce up. With regards to reception and cleanliness we can apologise that the practice was not up to scratch on your visit. This is something we take very seriously and have reviewed the number of times the practice is routinely checked and cleaned throughout the day. The problem with the phone is something we have been trying to resolve with BT for some time, unfortunately the practice has 4 lines into the practice, but only 2 receptionists which means if both are on a call lines 3 and 4 continues to ring. We hope a cordless phone kept by the nurse will help resolve this issue to some extent. So once again thank you for your time, I'm hoping a lot of this will improve in the next 6 months and we will welcome any feedback you would have in the future.

I took my cat Biscuit in because she had pyometra. The assistant surgeon vet, checked her over and explained what would happen and how the surgery would be performed. He kept me up to date with all costs and potential costs which was good so there was no big surprises with the cost or the surgery. The after care was good and so was all the information recieved to look after Biscuit when she was home. The vet himself was very informative and reassuring throughout which was good as I was worried about the whole procedure. The front of house staff are very knowledgeable, and very friendly. Thank you all at the w-s-m branch.

I have been using this vets for a while now and found them to be excellent with not only looking after my cats health, being affordable but also understanding my concerns as an owner. I would highly recommend this vets to any pet owners for high quality animal care.
