I have been with Vets4Pets at this address since rescuing a cat many years ago. I have always had great confidence in the staff, with the vets being excellent with the animals as well as reassuring me when things have not been good with my cat. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful and always chat about the cat with me. My cat developed serious problems with pancreatitis and diabetes 9 months ago, and has had amazing care from all concerned ever since. They could not have done more for him and also in reassuring me. Sadly he had to be put to sleep last week, but there was nothing else to be done, and again this was all handled professionally and well by all concerned. I cannot rate this practice highly enough, and will be back with them when I feel up to having a new pet in the future.

Thank you Clem, Jo and Team for nursing Flossie over these past few weeks. She is now back to good health and her usual mad and playful self!! - all thanks to your support and guidance.

My lovely Burmese cat Mia died three weeks ago, but it might have happened even years ago if it were not for Clem and his team. Each new condition she developed - the high blood pressure leading to blindness and kidney failure, the arthritis - was a challenge, but something was always found to ease her discomfort and keep her happy. She had great equanimity and lived within her limitations more and more as time went on, but I always knew that I was doing all that could be done, on the basis of the vet's recommendations. She lived to be 17 or 18, a good age for a Burmese. She was my family after my children left home, and I am so grateful for the kindness of everyone at Vets4Pets especially during this last year. Mia's suffering was minimised, and I felt well-supported. Even down to a condolences card when she passed away. It all means a lot. Thank you.
