I was not happy about treatment given to my dog the cost of which was not told me up front, as this was the first and last time I will go to a vets and not ask for up front costs

4/11/16- this was the second time I have bought my kitten to the vets and I am very happy with the service they provide. My parter came with me and also commented on how friendly the staff were some staff came over just to see my kitten and she lived the attention. I am sighed up to the healthy pet plan and it's such good value for money. I have recommended my vets to my friend who has a dog :) Very friendly and helpful staff just wish I knew the names of the ladies who helped me today. Very happy customers and kitten :D

Used out of hours service due to my poor puppy having a bad allergic reaction. Returned several times over the course of a few days and each time recieved the best care and advise for my pup. I have to say an extra special thank you to Marcia Frydrych the vet who calmed an over anxious owner down and cared for zoe as if she was his. Zoe is now hopefully on the mend and I am so grateful. Thank you to all the staff

Used emergency out of hours service From the moment we arrived the service was brilliant. We was very concerned and the Vet did a brilliant job of checking him over and treating him straight away. She also looked after us as this was very upsetting to see our baby hurt and reassured us on what the next steps would be. Would highly recommend

Given that this was part of a chain of vets and had low prices, I was slightly nervous about using YourVets at first and didn't know what to expect. However, our experience was amazing. From when we first entered, each and every member of staff acknowledged both me and Toby and was approachable and friendly. They explain everything clearly and make the whole treatment process smooth and simple. The building itself is brilliant. The layout includes lots of space for animals and their owners, merchandise is neatly presented and well laid out. Even the seats are comfy! Toby had a castration, the pre-op appointment was through yet stress free for him and the operation day went smoothly, with text alerts to inform me of his progress. He came out feeling slightly sorry for himself, as is to be expected, but was soon back to his former self and excited to return to the vets for his check-up...something I was not expecting! It must have been the additional grooming, nail clipping and loving care the staff provided him as a patient...he was in his element! I couldn't fault this practise at all, I've been to many vets over the years but this one is by far the best. Who knew a visit of this nature could actually be enjoyable, for both me and my pet?!

Our 9 year old rescued Greyhound, Misty had some really bad teeth and terrible breath which needed sorting. We had been quoted nearly £1,000 for the dental work that she needed so I looked on the Internet to try and get a comparison and came across "Your Vets" Coventry. We cannot praise this place enough, everyone was amazing!! She had to stay in overnight due to the extent of the work that she needed and they kept us informed of everything. We have just picked her up and they went through everything with us never once feeling like we were being rushed. All of this and at a third of the cost that we were originally quoted!! I am recommending these guys to all my family and friends and can't wait to get my other dog registered with them. A massive thank you to you all!!

I cannot praise the guys here enough. Took our dog into Nuneaton because we thought she was constipated. The vet at Nuneaton immediately diagnosed that it may be something else, did the tests and within hours she was taken to Coventry where surgery was carried out. Vicky at Coventry was amazing her attention to detail and compassion not just for our dog but also for us was well appreciated. The NHS could learn from the staff here in the art of communication. We had bulletins morning, noon and night on our dogs welfare. In fact I did ask Vicky that if I ever needed an operation could I come here! Thank you everyone your professionalism and friendly manner. Molly is now back to here energetic self and if she could speak I am sure she would thank you to. Mick

I came in with my hamster who was very sick and was put at ease that she would be cared for, the vet made me feel I had made the right decision on having her put to sleep after her medication did not help her. Although the price was not great, but there must be a charge so I understand this. I was comforted and allowed my own room while I waited. The nurse also allowed me to leave through the back exit as I was upset. A week later I received a beautifully hand written card which made me feel much better.

Thanks to all again for great service today; you obviously see hundreds of pets per week but the receptionists and other staff always make me feel that mine are special !

Came to open clinic but only had to wait a veru short time. Saw a nurse I had seen before and continuity of staff is important. Vet was excellent and very kind to my dog. Only criticism is the coffee facility has been removed. I used to appreciate that on a long wait.
