\n I recently moved in the area and I was recommended Kydd & Kydd vet practice. Unfortunately in the last month I needed to visit 3 times and I've never seen the same vet! First time we've been seen by a really good vet so I was really happy. Second time we've seen another vet, he was just ok not really good but ok for a consultation.\r\nThe third time was last Friday, we needed to visit as my little dog was really unwell after being bitten by another dog. We booked by phone and initially the vet wasn't provided by all the information I gave during the booking. The vet she was not really caring, anyway she visited him but didn't manage to find anything. She started talking about pancreatitis and other diseases, so she recommended full blood test to be done. I was absolutely worried about his health, so I gave my consent. My little dog wasn't given any medication as the worry was to make him feel worse. When we came back home (about 4 pm), he started feeling really bad, not moving and desperately crying every time he moved, no eating and no drinking. At 9.30 pm he still didn't looked any better, so I called the vet emergency number several times...and NO ANSWER!!! What is the point in giving an emergency number if you cannot be bothered to answer?!?\r\nWe managed to make him feel better...but really disappointed by this service.\r\nWe are waiting for the blood tests now... <\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n \n
