Vet Response

Mar 09

I am so sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with aspects of your recent visit. I was the vet who was with you that day when you had to say goodbye to Benji. May I start by saying how sorry we are for your loss and, having lost my own family pets, that I understand what an upsetting and emotional time it is. I have spoken to the Receptionist involved and she advises that her main reason for coming out was to check that everything was ok due to the length of time you had remained in your car as she wanted to make sure there wasn’t anything else we could help with. Once you advised there was nothing more you needed, she did kindly ask if you were able to move your car forward and did explain the reason behind this to you. It was simply a polite request so that we were able to assist another client at the practice and we are sorry if you felt that this was inappropriate. We only have one entrance to the veterinary practice and are absolutely happy for clients to park directly outside the door when necessary. In normal circumstances, remaining parked out the front would not have been an issue but due to the underlying condition of the patient, which you were made aware of, the owner needed to be able to park directly outside the practice. If you have any further concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me directly at the practice on Olivia.pring@vets4pets.com. Kind regards, Olivia Pring MRCVS BVetMed'

 "}
